The Justice Fleet founder, Dr. Amber Johnson, offers hands on, interactive, and innovative coaching, training, and consultation for organizational and personal/professional development in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging, leadership development , organizational wellness, and strategic communication with compassion. We specialize in working with non-profits, law firms, medical institutions, institutions of higher learning, and individuals who want to influence these sectors.
Our approach recognizes that the training of the past, where we check off boxes and assume immediate results, are not deeply transformative, and often cause more harm than good. Instead, we believe in prolonged relationships, skill building, and tool development that individuals and organizations can use to feel empowered to change their own institutions.
